I ran into a bind a few days before having photos taken for my Airbnb. I sent Keith a quick reply txt and within an hour he had sent me mattress and pricing options. I did not have time to come into the store this week and Keith made the process seamless. I got an invoice showing all the costs and paid without ever stepping foot in the store. The kicker, I needed same day delivery. No problem for Keith and his team. Less than 2 hours later, his team was at my house and put the mattresses in for me. They took the old ones and even put the bed bug protectors and mattress protectors on for me. Talk about first class customer service. This is my second time shopping from Sweet Dreams. Sweet Dreams is THE place to purchase your new mattress! They even have great headboard and platform bed options, as well as recliners! The sales staff is incredibly helpful and attentive and the delivery guys are AWESOME - how they throw those king mattresses over their shoulder is beyond me! On top of their great service, they do so much for the community with the Dreams4All foundation! Will definitely buy all my mattresses from here and recommend to everyone I know!
